Q: Can I put my Govino products in the dishwasher? 

A: Yes! Our DISHWASHER SAFE line is designed to withstand both home and commercial dishwashers. For best results: 

  • Always place your Govino products on the top rack only. 
  • Avoid squeezing them between heavy glassware to prevent deformation. 
  • Remove any lip-gloss or sunscreen with a soft, non-abrasive sponge before washing. 
  • Turn off the extended heated drying cycle and buff dry with a lint-free cloth.

Q: Are Govino products safe to use with all beverages? 

A: Absolutely! Govino drinkware is food safe and BPA/BPS-free, which makes Govino the perfect shatterproof glass for any cold or room temperature beverage or snack – wine, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, cereal, seltzer, cheesy snacks, virgin daiquiris, fruit parfaits, pasta salad… Ok, you get it. Our high-quality material ensures Govino won’t take on flavors or odors, making it an excellent choice for a ton of foods or drinks. 

Q: Why did my Govino cup warp in the dishwasher? 

A: If your Govino product lost its shape in the dishwasher, it may be from our HAND WASH ONLY collection. Many events, stadiums, and festivals use our hand-washable products, which are not dishwasher safe. To check, look for “HAND WASH ONLY” on the base of your cup. 

Q: Can Govino products be used outdoors? 

A: Yes! Govino products are perfect for outdoor events, picnics, pools, beaches, camping, and more. Their shatterproof and reusable design makes them a safer alternative to traditional glassware. In fact, many call Govino an unbreakable glass. So cheers it, chuck it, drop it, step on it… whatever you do outdoors. We don’t judge. 

 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Orders ship within 3-5 business days. 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and customs. For international inquiries, please contact sales at [email protected]. 

Q: How can I track my order? 

A: We currently do not have automated shipping notifications set up. But orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number, and we can help you track your package. 

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? 

A: Email Govino [email protected], provide the order number, date received, and photo of product (to include packaging). We’ll take good care of you. We promise! 

Q: How can I cancel my order? 

A: Unfortunately, at this time, online orders cannot be canceled once you’ve placed it. But once you’ve received your package, we’re happy to help you out under our Return and Exchanges policy. Just reach out to [email protected], and we’ll take care of you.

A: Just email [email protected] with your name, order number, product name, reason for return, and whether you’re requesting an exchange or a return for refund or credit. 

Q: What if my Govino product arrives defective or broken? 

A: Govino takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note we consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis, however most packages are covered by Govino.

Q: How long do custom orders take? 
A: From print to ship, custom orders can take about 3 to 5 weeks.
