HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST 

Govino understands that shopping online is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a real physical store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily return, exchange, or refund the item(s) under the following conditions: 

  • It’s been within 30 days of when your order was delivered. Sorry, we cannot fulfill any exchanges, credits or refunds after 30 days. 
  • The product(s) must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled condition. Items must also be in their original packaging and/or tags attached.  

To process your return, please email us at customerservice@govino.com with the following details:  

  • Your Name 
  • Order Number 
  • Product Name 
  • Reason for Return 
  • Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

Once the return is approved, Customer Service will provide further return instructions. 

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.  

Refunds, exchanges or credits cannot be given for special order or custom-made items (unless deemed faulty).  

If you are exchanging the item you may, select an alternative product. However, if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty).  

PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

Govino takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note we consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis, however most packages are covered by Govino. 

REFUSAL TO SUPPLY PRODUCTS 

Govino reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Govino believes violates any of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
