Coverage
Govino is committed to delivering high-quality drinkware. We stand by our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

• Breaking or cracking under normal use
• Discoloration
• Odor retention
• Excessive loss of clarity

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or intentional exposure to extreme heat (e.g., leaving in a hot car, using in a microwave or oven)
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow proper care instructions in our Care Guide on our FAQs

Warranty Duration

• This warranty is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of delivery for purchases made on Govino.com.
• For purchases made with a third-party retailer, such as Amazon or a physical retail location, this warranty is value for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase reported during registration.
• Claims made slightly outside the 1-year period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Full name on the order
• Proof of purchase, either an order confirmation email or original receipt (required for in-store purchases)
• Photos or videos showing the defect
• Request for a replacement or refund

Where to Submit a Claim
Customers can submit a claim in one of two ways:

• Follow the warranty claim process on our Warranty Page
• Email us at customerservice@govino.com with the required details.

Govino will respond to claims within 5 business days.

Return Process

• If Govino approves the warranty claim, the customer must return the defective product for inspection.
• Govino will cover return shipping costs.
• The product does not need to be in original packaging.

Resolution Options
Upon receiving and reviewing the defective product, customers may receive:

• A replacement product (which includes a new 1-year warranty)
• A refund in the original payment form or store credit
• If the original product is out of stock, Govino may offer a similar product of equal or lesser value at its discretion

Limitations & Exclusions

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Customers purchasing from third-party marketplaces or retailers (e.g., Amazon, physical retailer) must register their product on our Warranty Page to be covered.
• Products purchased directly from Govino.com are automatically covered under this warranty.

Care & Use Disclaimer

• Not intended for use with liquids hotter than room temperature.
• Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended for an extended lifespan.

Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so certain restrictions may not apply to you.
