1. SPONSOR

The “Where Do You Govino?” Weekly Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored solely by Govino; This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Employees of Govino, its affiliates, subsidiaries, & advertising agencies, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

This contest will be held weekly, with the entry period running from Friday at 12:00 AM (PST) to Thursday at 11:59 PM (PST) each week. Entries received outside of the designated entry period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the contest through one of the following three methods:

1. Social Media Post – Share a photo of yourself with Govino on Facebook or Instagram and tag Govino in your post.
2. Direct Message – Send your photo via Facebook or Instagram messages and include details about where you are, what you’re doing, and anyone else you’d like tagged if featured.
3. Email Submission – Email your photo to hello@govino.com with the subject line: Here’s where I Govino for free Govino!

5. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Participants may enter as many times as they want.
• Photos must not contain offensive, political, or copyrighted material.
• Participants must ensure that they own the rights to the photo and have permission from any individuals featured.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• Winners will be selected based on creativity and quality of their submitted photo as determined by Govino’s internal judging panel.
• The winner will be announced publicly and contacted via email and/or social media direct message.
• The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZE

Each weekly winner will receive:

• One (1) 2-pack of Govino wine glasses (Approximate Retail Value: $12.95 USD).

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize is unavailable, Govino reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. LICENSE & RIGHTS TO CONTENT

By submitting an entry, participants grant Govino a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display their submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website features, and advertising campaigns.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Govino, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind related to participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Govino reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
